2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders within 6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier partner.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on product size, weight, location, and courier partner policies. Any extra courier charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

4. Order Processing Time

All physical product orders are processed within 1 business day after successful payment confirmation.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, a 30% advance payment is mandatory. The remaining amount must be paid at the time of delivery.

6. Digital Products Delivery

For digital products (game keys, top-ups, gift cards):

• Delivery will be via email or physical courier, based on your preference.

• 30% advance payment is required.

• Additional courier charges apply if you choose physical delivery.
