3. Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 6 days for physical products only. If 6 days have passed since your purchase of a physical product, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. Digital products are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Eligibility for Returns (Physical Products):

  • The item must be undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item should be in its original packaging.
  • The seal sticker with signature should remain intact, and the serial number must match. If either is removed or tampered with, no return will be accepted.
