1. Returns

1.1 Defective or Damaged Products (Physical Products Only)
If you receive a defective or damaged physical product, please contact us within 6 days of delivery at support@allkeys.in.
Upon review, we will either:
– Replace the product at no additional cost, or
– Offer a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

Photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification.

1.2 Product Condition for Returns
Products eligible for return must be in original condition, including:
– Original packaging
– All accessories
– Manuals
– Any free or promotional items included

Missing components may result in partial refunds or rejection of the return request.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
– Digital products (e.g., game keys, top-ups, gift cards) once delivered or redeemed.
– Products returned due to change of mind or personal preference.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Method
– Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
– Cash on Delivery (COD): Any advance amount paid will be refunded to your bank account 

2.2 Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7  business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

2.3 Deductions
For customer-initiated cancellations or returns, a 10% cancellation/processing fee may be deducted from the total refund amount.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer
– Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before dispatch, subject to a 10% cancellation fee for prepaid orders.
– After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched under any circumstances.

3.2 Order Cancellation by AllKeys
In rare instances, AllKeys may cancel orders due to stock issues, verification concerns, or pricing errors.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Digital Products Policy

4.1 No Returns, Replacements, or Refunds
All digital products (including game keys, top-ups, and gift cards) are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-replaceable once delivered.

4.2 100% Verification
– All digital codes sold by AllKeys are 100% verified before delivery.
– We source all digital products only from official suppliers.
– This ensures the authenticity and validity of every code delivered.

4.3 Viewed Keys
Once a product key or code is viewed, it is considered delivered and used.
As a digital marketplace, we cannot revoke, deactivate, or replace any viewed or delivered digital key.

4.4 No Exceptions
There are no refunds, exchanges, or replacements for issues arising after code delivery, including:
– Change of mind
– Incorrect product purchase
– Incompatibility with your system, account, or region

4.5 Customer Responsibility
Before purchasing, customers are responsible for:
– Checking product compatibility (platform, region lock, account requirements)
– Ensuring they have selected the correct product
