1. Returns

1.1 Defective or Damaged Products (Physical Products Only)
If you receive a defective or damaged physical product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@allkeys.in. Upon review, we will either: replace the product at no additional cost, or offer a full refund if a replacement is unavailable. We may require photos or videos of the issue for verification.

1.2 Product Condition for Returns
Eligible products for return must be in their original condition, including: original packaging, all accessories, manuals, and any free or promotional items included. Missing components may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return request.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: digital products (such as game keys, top-ups, and gift cards) once delivered or redeemed, and products returned due to a change of mind or personal preference.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Method
For prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Any advance amount paid will be refunded to your bank account.

2.2 Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after approval. The actual time to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

2.3 Deductions
A 10% cancellation or processing fee may be deducted for: customer-initiated cancellations and customer-initiated returns (for physical products).

3. Cancellations

3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer
Before dispatch: Orders can be canceled before dispatch, subject to a 10% cancellation fee for prepaid orders. After dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances once dispatched.

3.2 Order Cancellation by AllKeys
In rare cases, AllKeys may cancel orders due to stock issues, verification problems, or pricing errors. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Digital Products Policy

4.1 No Returns, Replacements, or Refunds
All digital products (including game keys, top-ups, and gift cards) are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-replaceable once delivered.

4.2 Product Verification
All digital codes are 100% verified before delivery and sourced exclusively from official suppliers, ensuring authenticity and validity.

4.3 Viewed or Delivered Keys
Once a product key or code is viewed, it is considered delivered and used. As a digital marketplace, AllKeys cannot revoke, deactivate, or replace any viewed or delivered key.

4.4 No Exceptions
No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be provided for issues arising after code delivery, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect product purchase, or incompatibility with your system, account, or region.

4.5 Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for: checking product compatibility (platform, region lock, account requirements) and ensuring they have selected the correct product before placing an order.
