        These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of AllKeys (“we,” “our,” or “us”) services provided through Allkeys (“Platform”). By accessing or using our services, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

        1. Definitions

        • User: Any individual who accesses or uses the services provided by AllKeys.
        • Platform: The website and services offered by AllKeys at https://allkeys.in.
        • Services: Any products, services, content, or features provided by AllKeys through the Platform.
        • Account: A registered profile created by the User to access certain features of the Platform.

        1. User Obligations

        3.1. Eligibility
        To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

        3.2. Account Registration
        You may be required to create an Account to access certain features of our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

        3.3. Account Security
        You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account.

         

        1. Prohibited Activities

        You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

        • 4.1. Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
        • 4.2. Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security measures implemented by the Platform.
        • 4.3. Engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to promotion/coupon abuse.
        • 4.4. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers.

        1. Purchases and Payments

        5.1. Pricing
        All prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

        5.2. Payment Methods
        We accept various payment methods as indicated on the Platform. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

         

        1. Refund Policy

        1. Intellectual Property

        All content, trademarks, and data on the Platform, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of AllKeys or licensed to us and are protected by law.

         

        1. Limitation of Liability

        To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllKeys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

         

        1. Amendments to Terms

        We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

         

        1. Governing Law

        These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.                  

         

        11. Service Fees

          11.1. Platform Commission
          AllKeys charges a 20% service fee on transactions made through the Platform. This fee covers operational costs, platform  maintenance, and support services.

           11.2. Transparency
           Service fees will be displayed at the time of checkout or invoicing. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the applicable service fee.

    •     12. Fraud Prevention & Verification

            To protect AllKeys and its customers, we reserve the right to request identity verification (Mini KYC) from selected users based on risk assessment. This includes  but is not limited to mobile/email verification, document checks, and video verification.
